Surrendering Your Dog For Rehoming

Although most of our work is focused on rescuing from shelters, we occasionally accept dogs from the public for rehoming. Because we need to work within limits that work well with our dogs here, we are only accepting dogs that weigh 30 lb or less.

We do not accept dogs that have any aggressive tendencies. Dogs surrendered for rehoming must be good with people and dogs and current on vetting (current on vaccines, recent 4DX test, already spayed/neutered). Gather your dog's vetting history before completing the form below.

We will need to meet and assess your dog in person prior to agreeing to admit the dog into our foster program.

Once we agree to accept the dog into our program, you will sign a surrender form relinquishing ownership of your dog to us and we will transfer your dog to foster care for rehoming.
